Involved in the design and development of facilities, work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Env., Health, and Safety Engineer is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Env., Health, and Safety Engineer serves as contact with all federal, state, and local regulatory bodies. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be an Env., Health, and Safety Engineer typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Havenwyck Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Intake Clinician to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals.

    Position Summary

    Under the supervision of the Director of Plant Operations, works as a team member to provide a high state of cleanliness and order throughout the Hospital, Outpatient, and Residential Treatment Center. Manages and executes all aspects and duties of Environmental Services.

    Duties and responsibilities, to include; but are not limited to:

    • Provides supervision of the Environmental Services staff including scheduling, corrective actions, completing annual performance evaluations and assuring compliance with mandatory in-service requirements.
    • Provides department orientation for new Environmental Services staff and ensures documentation of orientation completion is submitted to Human Resources. Completes competency assessments of staff.
    • Completes performance improvement monitoring and problem solving resolutions.
    • Completes a Housekeeping Assignment Daily

    Qualifications

    • Associate's degree, or high school diploma / GED required.
    • Five (5) - ten (10) years of Housekeeping experience required. Hospital setting preferred.
    • One (1) - three (3) years of related management experience or minimum of five (5) years of team leader experience required.
    • Must be a team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills.
    • Provision of satisfactory motor vehicle operation reports required.
    • Employees must be in good standing (employment/corrective action history, performance evaluations, etc.) to be considered for an internal transfer.
