Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Manager plans, develops and manages company policies for adhering to local, state and federal environment, health and safety regulations. Designs and develops facilities, work areas and work procedures. Being an Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Manager directs preparation, maintenance, and updating of environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to environmental, health, and safety engineering team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. The base salary for this position is $70,000.00 to $100,000.00. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that that the range published is the full base salary. We also offer a generous benefits package.

Under the direction of Director, Environmental and Safety this position develops, implements, and reviews safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and Company Policies. Maintains and encourages a safe behavioral culture and an environmentally responsible working environment. Directly responsible for managing Safety and Loss Control programs for company facilities. Works closely with Director or designee for environmental management and initiatives. Manages, in conjunction with the designated senior member of management at location, applicable environmental programs and policies to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation. Works to plan, develop, implement environmental strategies, and action plans to ensure adherence to company policy.
