Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Manager plans, develops and manages company policies for adhering to local, state and federal environment, health and safety regulations. Designs and develops facilities, work areas and work procedures. Being an Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Manager directs preparation, maintenance, and updating of environmental policy and procedure manuals. ENV Services a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification and decontamination services for the health care, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our National Sales Team. This position is located in the Naples, FL and is required to report to the Florida office, Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM. No remote work available. In this position, you will:
· Initiate proactive calls to existing and potential customers in order to grow sales revenue, develop customer loyalty, and foster utilization of the company's services
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers using information from our database and other lead sources
· Handle quoting services to existing and new customers while assisting with pricing and proposals
· Maintain and update customer database (CRM) and other pipeline tracking reports (Salesforce)
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 2-4 years of inside sales experience along with a track record of success as a closer and achieving goals and quotas
· Good analytical skills sufficient to prepare quotes, analyze data, and to identify and resolve customer problems
· Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with both customers and other ENV Associates
· Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and willingness to learn company databases
· Must be a self-starter with the willingness to learn and have a strong ability to multi-task
· Some traveling required
1-2 years of sales experience is preferred. This position is considered entry level and there will be ongoing training.
