Title : Maintenance Supervisor

Location : Farmingdale, NY

Salary : $90K - $120K / year

Job Summary :

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of utility systems, production equipment, and facilities.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Job Duties :

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Champion a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Develop and manage work order systems to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and compliance documentation.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to support capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Technical / working knowledge of mechanics and utilities, including boilers, air compressors, pumps, and filtration systems.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP environment preferred.
