Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Supervisor supervises engineers who develop, implement and maintain company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. Involved in the design and development of facilities, work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the preparation, maintenance, and updating of environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Env., Health, and Safety Engineering Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     POSITION OVERVIEW

    Ensure the safety of Guests and Team Members providing medical and first aid treatment to as neededin a timely manner.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be active and mobile, assisting and supporting the Lifeguard staff.
    • Responsible for paperwork and documentation required.
    • Perform cleaning duties to maintain a safe and clean facility.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications


    QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Must have a valid EMT license.
    • Must be able to speak English.
    • Must attend the Star Guard Elite Lifeguard Training class (offered onsite).

    MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Ability to perform the essential job functions safely and successfully.
    • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time in all types of extreme weather.
    • Ability to climb, kneel, bend, push, pull and reach above shoulder.
    • Ability to work in anenvironment with high levels of noise and vibrations.
    • Must be able to lift and carry at least 25 pounds.
    • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays as required.
