As the Environmental Compliance Practice Lead for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) you will lead air permitting and regulatory compliance programs for private-sector clients with complex technical/regulatory issues in the manufacturing, oil & gas, power, and mining markets. You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their processes and develop permitting and compliance strategies to help their facilities maintain operating flexibility. You will also represent the company at conferences and in meetings to resolve project issues, plan and coordinate work, and negotiate contracts. You will work closely with other CEC environmental practice members across the country to develop opportunities, build business relationships, and apply best practices to address client needs, and mentor junior and mid-level staff in the proper planning and execution of air quality projects, and in directing or conducting technical reviews of client deliverables.
