About the Position NRHA seeks qualified candidates for the position of Compliance Specialist. The job holder administers quality assurance and HUD regulatory compliance procedures for low-income public housing (LIPH) occupancy and housing choice voucher (HCV) client participation.

NRHA offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. The current pay range for this position is $37,710 to $65,686. The candidate's compensation offer will be determined by the candidate's work history and skill set. Benefits include retirement, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and tuition reimbursement options, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and more.
NRHA offers a total of $3,000 in bonus payments to new hires in this position. A 180-day employment period is required to qualify for the full bonus amount.
