Sustainable Management Inc is seeking a Compliance Coordinator for our property management company. Must have experience in LIHTC and Rural Development. Yardi experience is preferred.
You must work out of our Corporate office for this position. No remote work available.
Knowledge of compliance reporting for LIHTC and RD such as COL and MINC. Preparing all management paperwork. Acquiring and updating all utility allowances. Must be able to communicate effectively with regional managers and property managers.
