Environmental Compliance Specialist conducts required environmental tests, analysis and observations. Evaluates results and makes recommendations as necessary for maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies. Being an Environmental Compliance Specialist requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Environmental Compliance Specialist relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.     What you will do:

    • Ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
    • Collaborate with the accounting team by coding expenses, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, and reporting via QuickBooks Online. 
    • Manage office supplies and restock as needed.
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments of office supplies and equipment.
    • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
    • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of iPads company-wide. 
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with electronic devices.
    • Coordinate repairs or replacements for malfunctioning devices.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for important documents.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of office organization policies.
    • Occasionally assist in data analysis projects cross-departmentally
    • All other duties as assigned. 

    Additional Competencies:

    • Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
    • Proficient knowledge of computers, iPads, Microsoft Office, and other forms of electronics and software.
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software for recording, coding, and tracking expenses.
    • Proficient knowledge of Google Suite, including Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc,.
    • Process detailed information effectively and consistently.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Perform under pressure and in adversity.
    • Maintain personal credibility and integrity.
