Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team in the solar system market. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our solar products meet the applicable requirements to qualify for installation in various markets and participate in renewable energy incentive programs. The Compliance Specialist will play a vital role in improving the installation and approval experience of our products from a regulatory perspective.
A successful candidate must be able to:
Work with state and local agencies, including public utilities to establish and maintain EG4 product listings
Apply for EG4 products to participate in state and local incentive programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of submissions and acceptances
Provide solutions to technical and customer support teams for compliance related issues
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for EG4 product installation incentive and assistance programs
Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations for regulatory related improvements
Generate regular status reports for management, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement

Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience
