Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Additionally, Environmental Compliance Specialist, Sr. relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the incumbent will direct Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and applicable State licensing and compliance activities necessary to operate and maintain hydroelectric power generation assets. These duties include the preparation of compliance documentation and FERC license amendment applications, conducting stakeholder discussions, and providing timely responses and report submissions to the FERC and other Federal or State agencies.
