Global Environmental Products, Inc. a worldwide leading Manufacturer of street cleaning vehicles has openings for Mechanical Assemblers to support the production line. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of automotive repairs.
Duties:
· Assembly street sweepers according to blueprint specifications.
· Install parts and sub-assemblies by using blue prints or assembly instructions.
· Focus on Quality of products assembled.
· Contributes to team effort by meeting the weekly production schedule.
· Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Overtime will be required.
· Position may include other job responsibilities as determined by management.
Skills:
· Knowledge of vehicle assembly is a plus
· Must automotive mechanical knowledge
· Experience with basic hand and air tools
· Must be able to work from blue prints and schematics.
· Experience with standard hardware; nuts & bolts, lock washer, etc.
