• Job Title : Construction Safety Professional
• Location : Marion, IN

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc . is looking for an EHS professional for a construction project performing machinery installation at an industrial site.

We are looking for a construction safety professional who is passionate about the safety and health of employees, an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, has good computer skills, is self-directed, and has experience in heavy machinery installation.

In addition, we are looking for someone who can fulfill the following criteria :

Responsibilities :

• Provide EHS support to the management team
• Coordinate with the facility management team on any needed training, daily inspections, reporting, and other EHS activities as directed
• Complete regular, standardized reports detailing project safety status and report to management
• Maintain safety logs - file and track all site safety reports, injuries, and illnesses
• Assist in external agency interactions (OSHA Inspectors, OSHA Log Management) as appropriate
• The project starts in October and is anticipated to be at least a 4-month or longer project

Qualifications :

• 5-7 years of construction safety experience
• 30-hr OSHA construction card
• Current First Aid / CPR certificate
• CHST Preferred
