What You Need:
At least 5 years of EHS experience
Manufacturing experience required, pharmaceutical preferred
Experience with Environmental Reporting, Safety Training, and Hazardous Waste Management
Worker’s Compensation Experience highly preferred

What Your Role Will Look Like:
Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures of environmental, health, and safety program of the organization
Conduct all new hire EHS training
Manage Hazardous Communication Program
Manage OSHA 1910.1450 – Chemical Hygiene plan for 3 labs within facility
Responsible for OSHA compliance
Lead continuous training for environmental compliance, LOTO, RCRA, confined space, and lab safety
Hazardous, Non-Hazardous, and E-Waste Management
Responsible for overseeing incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Ensures legal compliance; reviews legal changes with respect to plant specifications and adapts accordingly.
