Environmental, Health and Safety Director oversees organizational compliance with local, state and federal environment, health and safety regulations. Ensures that environmental policy and procedure manuals are available and updated at all times. Being an Environmental, Health and Safety Director ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Environmental, Health and Safety Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. The Environmental, Health and Safety Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. -Z89, T89 or F89
-Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or a religious or medical exemption granted by NYC
FLSD will be responsible for
-Monitor Fire Panel and Alarm Systems
-Control access to site including monitoring any suspicious activity and only providing access to individuals with valid credentials
-Be able to perform rounds of the property and possibly stand on individuals feet for extended periods of time

MUST BE AVAILBLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERNIGHT SHIFTS
ABILITY TO HOLD OVER FOR TOTAL SHIFT LENGTH OF 10 HOURS IF REQUESTED BY SITE
