  • We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our pharmacy as a supervisor for the cGMP-level cleaning staff to support Curexa?s expanding services in Egg Harbor, New Jersey. The supervisor will provide 2nd shift cGMP-like cleaning oversight for our compounding spaces, labeling spaces, supply areas, and controlled non-classified lab areas. Future growth of Curexa to additional locations in New Jersey and the Arizona market are projected in the next 3 years.

    SHIFT: Swing Shift, 11:00am-07:00pm

    Oversee and perform cGMP-like cleaning operations under strict guidelines for Controlled non-sterile drug compounding rooms and equipment.

    Oversee and perform cGMP-like decontamination, deactivation, and cleaning operations under strict guidelines for hazardous, non-sterile drug compounding rooms and equipment.
    Establish and maintain training requirements for staff and administer training as needed to new or current staff.
    Continually monitor the compounding rooms cleaning procedures to ensure all cleanings are documented, completed promptly and correctly.
    Responsible for participating in continuous training: cGMP-like cleaning training, technical skills, safety, performance improvement.
    Participate in deviation investigations and identify root cause solutions.
    Participate in audits and inspections by state and federal governmental agencies.
    Establishes and maintains a safe and effective cleaning solution formulary for cleaning agents and cleaning supplies.
    Establishes, trains, monitors, and maintains required personal protective equipment required for all cleaning activities for staff.
    Maintains accurate and complete inventory of cleaning supplies ensuring supplies are never depleted.
    Thorough understanding of healthcare facility (may include 503B, sterile compounding facilities, pharmaceutical industry, operating room) cleaning within a controlled environment including equipment, ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors.
    Must have a high attention to detail for cleanliness.
    Aids other Departments as needed
    Attends and completes all training assigned by Company SOPs, procedures, and policies
    Works in a safe and effective manner in accordance with all company, state and federal rules and regulations
    Have an excellent work ethic and demonstrate a dependability and timeliness.
    Comfortable in a passionate company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
    Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by stakeholders

    Ability to lead a team across multiple shifts and facilities.
    Physically capable to don and wear cleanroom/protective gowning and equipment, including but not limited to gowning, goggles, face shields, and protective gloves (PPE are essential for the health and safety of employees)
    Ability to read and follow strict Standard Operating Procedures
    Detail oriented, excellent Good Documentation Practices.
    Review documentation and logbooks and ensure cleaning compliance.
    Must be able to work off shift hours, holidays, and weekends as well as on-call rotation.
    Ability to manage a team and possess the skills to work in a self-guided manner
    Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
    Able to squat, bend, move, and/or reach for about 50% of shift
    Able to stand, walk, and/or move about for 50% of shift.

    Basic Qualifications:
    Master?s degree with 3 years of operations and/or pharmaceutical / biotechnology and/or manufacturing experience

    OR

    Bachelor?s degree with 5 years of operations and/or pharmaceutical / biotechnology and/or manufacturing experience

    OR

    High School Degree with 9 years of business operations and/or pharmaceutical / biotechnology /503B, and/or manufacturing cleaning experience, and/or healthcare operating room cleaning experiences

    Preferred Qualifications:
    4 years of Clean Room sanitization experience or 503B operational experience
    Ability to work in a compounding environments where Biohazardous Hazardous waste are handled and removed daily
    Work ethic and demonstrate dependability and timeliness
    Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential in this collaborative work environment
    Comfortable in a dynamic company environment with minimal direction and able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
