Position: Housekeeping/Environmental Services Manager

Location: Buffalo, NY

Shift: Second

Wage: $23 - $26 DOE

Due to anticipated growth in the area, Metz Environmental Services is hiring an EVS Manager in the Buffalo, NY area! We are a family-owned and operated company focused on providing high quality service and care to our client-partners and the community. This position is a great opportunity for an experienced supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

· Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department

· Conduct quality assurance inspections to maintain our set standards of cleanliness

· Hire and train housekeeping staff, watching them develop under your leadership

· Monitor inventory, making suggestions for orders as necessary

· Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• Well-versed in environmental services/housekeeping best practices
• Experience managing personnel
