Responsibilities
· Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department
· Conduct quality assurance inspections to maintain our set standards of cleanliness
· Hire and train housekeeping staff, watching them develop under your leadership
· Monitor inventory, making suggestions for orders as necessary
· Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
