The primary responsibilities of this role are implementing and coordinating training and safety objectives, establishing and meeting production and financial goals, Scheduling plant personnel, maintaining clear dialogue with the customer to determine customer needs and services required, developing financial plan that achieves Company and plant goals, developing a Capital Budget, administering discipline concerning the violation of Company rules and regulations, overseeing plant purchasing, plant/equipment maintenance, and plant/equipment repairs and parts, directing all workforce personnel and functions, maintaining and oversees all daily operations of the plant, and direct and indirect supervision of all plant personnel and staff.

To be considered well qualified, we ask that you have Associate Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; a minimum of 10 years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong focus on materials management, production, or engineering; previous responsibilities of purchasing, producing, inventory control, production control, and engineering, as well as shipping, receiving, and warehousing; three to five years experience managing staff; previous experience with Profit and Loss responsibility; and working knowledge of contract administration and safety/environmental compliance
