    Sales Estimator/ Project Manager

    Alliance Environmental Group LLC. is an environmental contractor specializing in commercial and residential air duct cleaning, demolition, asbestos, lead paint, mold, legal assessments and removal of hazardous materials. We have offices across the state of CA, including Las Vegas NV, WA, Oregon and Phoenix AZ.

    Job Summary Overview:

    The Sales Estimator/Project Manager responsibilities include opening new accounts, customer service on existing accounts, and the development of relationships with a diverse range of customers. Also included in the daily duties is estimating upcoming projects for the company. From communicating with customers, Superintendents, Foreman and field workers to checking the work-sites, an Estimator must ensure each project is handled in a professional manner from start to finish. We have office locations throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. We are looking for an Environmental Sales Estimator/Project Manager at our Monterey CA. location.

    Major Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):

    • Market to new/potential customers and acquire new customers
    • Maintain relationships with existing customers and drive to and inspect new and existing projects
    • Manage existing projects and create new project estimates in Xactimate and internal company CRM
    • Process paperwork and obtain signed contracts for new projects
    • Follow-up on potential projects and Maintain constant communication with customers and company office staff, supervisors, and labor department
    • Manage customer requests, issues, complaints, projects including any issues that may arise
    • Schedule inspections with customers and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, classes, and required software training courses
    • Maintain certifications required for estimating/managing demo/abatement/remediation projects and perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
    • Ability to build long term relationships with customers

    Position Requirements: Education, Experience and Skills:

    • Preferred experience in the following industries- Construction, Abatement/Remediation, Restoration or Reconstruction Water Mitigation
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, Marketing or a related field- Preferred
    • Strong sales experience- Preferred
    • Able to leverage relationships within industry
    • Extensive driving is required
    • Xactimate experience- Preferred
    • Customer service, principles and practices
    • Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
    • Established book of business-Preferred
    • Strong communication skills, written and oral
    • Requires local travel within assigned region

    Physical Requirements in Accordance with ADA

    • Carrying/Lifting: Minimal lifting
    • Standing: Minimal Standing
    • Sitting: Up to 8 hours per day
    • Walking: Minimal Walking
    • Repetitive Motion: Keyboard entry, telephone use
    • Visual Acuity: View read computer screen with or without corrective devices

    Salary $67k-$100k base salary plus competitive commission structure. The range is based upon work experience.
