Position: Custodial Manager

Location: Abington Heights School District

Shift: Second

Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Days: Monday – Friday (occasional weekends may be required for events)

Salary: $45,000 - $50,000

This is a working manager position that will be responsible for floor care and technician work.

Metz Environmental Services is accepting applications for a Custodial Manager overseeing the janitorial department in an educational setting. Responsibilities

· Manage a staff of 6 full time employees

· Ensure completion of nightly job assignments

· Complete quality assurance inspections nightly

· Ensure staff have all equipment and supplies needed to complete assignments

· Management of event set up and break down

· This is a working management position responsible for floor care work

Requirements

• 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Well-versed in janitorial services best practices
• Experience managing personnel
