Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Event Planner to join our team. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of events monthly, ensuring their success from start to finish. This is a role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Plan and execute various types of events, including conferences, weddings, corporate meetings, and social gatherings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals, objectives, and budget
- Manage event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual equipment, catering, transportation, and accommodations
- Develop event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Oversee event registration processes, including ticket sales and attendee management
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process and during events
