Will provide coordination and support for the projects and programs of the Environmental Health Services Office in APIA’s Health Department. Will report to the Environment and Safety Program Administrator. General duties include administrative and technical support of Environmental Health Services projects, in and out of region communications, and development into project coordination. Work in a team environment, communicate with project stakeholders to further project goals, as well as supervisor and staff, preparation of routed materials and other administrative functions, and ensuring that division projects meet goals and requirements. Serve as acting lead, and maintain active communication with other members of the department’s management team and the organization. Develop and complete proposals, reports, plans, letters, schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, and other related project documents.
