Environmental Services Coordinator coordinates and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. Inspects the work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Environmental Services Coordinator maintains and updates environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with and trains employees on all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Environmental Services Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Environmental Services Coordinator typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Primary Purpose
Maintain compliance for client by ensuring all RCRA and DOT regulations are met. Provide waste management and disposal through On-site facility.

Education: 4 year college degree in Science/Management related field required.
Experience: At least one year hazardous waste management industry, or environmental compliance required.
Knowledge and Abilities: This is a safety sensitive position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function. Thorough knowledge of federal, commonwealth, and local industry related regulations including RCRA, TSCA, and DOT. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate was internal and external contacts. Adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong business writing skills, must be able to work independent without direct company supervision. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
