Managerial Responsibilities:

• Proactively schedule and conduct customer visits to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Provide swift and professional responses to inquiries from both customers and employees, fostering a culture of open communication and support.
• Ensure that team members achieve safety, quality and budgetary objectives, upholding our commitment to excellence.
• Oversee and adherence to our company's quality program, guarenteeing completion and compliance.
• Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and other government agency regulations to ensure safe work operations.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to facilitate interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of proven management experience, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
• Proficiency in a diverse range of software applications, enabling efficient task management and reporting.
• Adaptability to manage tasks amidst changing priorities, showcasing flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy, confidentiality and tact.
