Environmental Services Coordinator coordinates and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. Inspects the work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Environmental Services Coordinator maintains and updates environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with and trains employees on all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Environmental Services Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsibilities:
* Vacuum all carpet areas in one or more facilities.
* Disinfect all horizontal surfaces in office facilities w/ clean microfiber cloths.
* Sweep and mop all tile floors.
* Empty all trash and replace liners.
* Clean restrooms with disposable paper towels and disinfectant, etc.
* Dust all high and low surfaces in facilities.
* Detail clean your assigned facilities for a chance to earn bonus reward money.
Specialty Work (On the job training provided) optional to all new-hires.
*Some employees will be asked to use a high speed single disc buffer to strip and wax floors, perform carpet cleaning with a bonnet and/or steam cleaner, or use our window machine to clean windows.
