Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Intake Coordinator. As an Intake Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate intake processes for our patients. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
Receive and enter patient information in electronic system.
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPPA regulations
Assist with medical records management including filing and organizing documents
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients and other healthcare professionals when necessary.
Provide administrative support.
Collaborate with the Administrator to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a receptionist, intake coordinator, or similar administrative role
Strong proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
