    Position Overview: As the Financial Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's financial operations.     Qualifications:

    • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, office management, administration, or related fields. Experience in senior living or long-term care is strongly preferred.
    • Education: An Associate's degree or higher in a related field, with a preference for Accounting or financial services.

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational abilities to maintain an orderly office environment.
    • Proficient writing skills for crafting and editing various documents with attention to detail.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with financial and clerical tasks to support leadership team members.
    • Manage payroll functions, tax reporting, and W-2 forms.
    • Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, including bill payments and deposits.
    • Maintain employee files and handle human resources-related functions.
    • Support Director of Operations and President with various tasks.
    • Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.
    • Utilize Enquire CRM software for efficient customer relations management.
    • Conduct tours of DaySpring Assisted Living and Apartments when needed.

    Compensation and Benefits:
