Environmental Services Coordinator coordinates and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. Inspects the work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Environmental Services Coordinator maintains and updates environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with and trains employees on all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Environmental Services Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Environmental Services Coordinator typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The position of Agronomy Sales and Services Support Coordinator is of great significance to Valley Agronomics. The Agronomy Sales and Services Support Coordinator will learn how to sale crop inputs products and services that include crop nutrition products, crop protection products, seed, seed traits and seed treatments. To help support and learn from agronomy sales consultant. Pulling soil samples, petioles, making sales calls. You will be responsible for developing relationships with identified customers and working face to face with producers on the farm. The ideal candidates will possess basic knowledge in Agronomy Inputs, Seed, Crop Protection, Fertilizer and Precision Agriculture. This is a safety-sensitive position.
Job Summary:

- Support Agronomy Sales Consultants.
- Examines fields for yield, quality, adaptation to specific soils or climates, and resistance to diseases and pests.
- Scout fields and develop methods for control of weeds, crop diseases, and insect pests.
- Examines fields for yield, quality, adaptation to specific soils or climates, and resistance to diseases and pests.
- Help growers discover the best methods of planting, cultivation, harvesting, and effects of various climatic conditions on crops.
- Assist Agronomists with Ag World, reports, and trial data.
- Follow all Company and DOT safety rules.
- Maintain clean and orderly equipment and work areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS/PREREQUISITES:
- Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business or other Ag related degree or be in the process of obtaining one.
- Must have strong communication skills; ability to communicate in an appropriate, professional manner with managers, supervisors, employees, customers, vendors and general public.
- Must maintain appropriate and expected levels of customer service.
- Must have ability to determine order of need and task priority based on level of importance.
- Must have strong relationship building skills.
- Must exhibit a professional and positive image.
