Environmental Services Coordinator coordinates and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations. Inspects the work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly. Being an Environmental Services Coordinator maintains and updates environmental policy and procedure manuals. Ensures compliance with and trains employees on all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. Additionally, Environmental Services Coordinator requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be an Environmental Services Coordinator typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health is seeking Environmental Services Aides to join our team at our Vineland, NJ location. In this position, you’ll perform a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways and other assigned areas of the facility. We’ll train you to follow practices and procedures and maintain environmental and infection control standards. This is a great introduction to a healthcare career, as well as an excellent role for students who are looking to enter the healthcare field.
Qualifications:
- No experience necessary; 1 years of related work or training preferred
- High School diploma or GED preferred
