Epidemiologist jobs in Boulder, CO

GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (GZA) is looking for a motivated Entry Career Epidemiologist to join our technical practice in Boulder, Colorado. As an Early Career Epidemiologist, you will work on a wide variety of exciting projects amongst a team of dedicated scientists and engineers. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the writing, editing, and production of technical work products, presentations, and proposals
• Critically evaluate and summarize epidemiological studies as well as scientific literature on environmental and occupational health topics
• Assist with statistical analyses and quantitative exposure and risk assessments

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in epidemiology
• Coursework or professional experience in toxicology, human health risk assessment, and/or industrial hygiene preferred, but not required
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to analyze scientific literature and data.
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SAS, R, etc.) preferred, but not required

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; to include but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with the EndNote reference manager software preferred, but not required

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
