Our growing John Deere Dealership seeks an experienced, motivated Sales Associate to greet customers, help them find what they need and upsell new products. We’re looking for a person who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The successful candidate will receive on-the-job training and support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
• Answering Phones and directing to correct departments per customer’s request.
• Achieving established goals.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Increasing in store sales.
• Superior product knowledge.
• Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.*
