Equipment Director directs the management of company equipment including procurement activities, preventative maintenance, repair/replacement and safety assurance. Manages the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools. Being an Equipment Director minimizes organizational cost through product standardization and tracking. Document and tracks equipment performance throughout the product lifetime. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Management or related field from an accredited school or university.
Three years exempt-level experience in human resources management, with a working knowledge of the functional areas of Human Resources including, but not limited to employment law, compensation, employee benefits, recruitment, organizational planning, HRIS, employee relations, and training/development.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic, and rapidly changing business environment
Proven ability to seamlessly transition between strategic thinking and tactical execution
Proven ability to prioritize the most impactful work amidst multiple competing priorities
Prior HRIS database experience is a plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience with Microsoft suite of products
Ability to maintain confidentiality or sensitive information
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP or SCP Certification strongly preferred
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
