    Tracey Road Equipment, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Outside Sales Representative for our Queensbury branch. This person is responsible for identifying and establishing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can thrive in a competitive and fast-paced sales environment.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Prospect for new clients and generate leads through various methods such as cold-calling, networking, referrals, and industry events within the assigned territory.
    • Prepare and negotiate sales proposals that address the client's specific requirements and demonstrate the value of our products or services.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other internal departments to ensure the successful delivery of products or services and customer satisfaction.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue quotas on a consistent basis, while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, keeping detailed records of sales interactions, customer communications, and prospects while providing regular reports to sales manager and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Promote and sell the full range of product offerings and services that Tracey Road offers.

    Qualifications / Skills

    • Minimum of (3) years of experience in construction equipment sales or related industries and a proven track record of success.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and sales activities.
    • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
    • Results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
