**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and closing sales deals on the jobsite.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market

- Targeting construction sites and gaining new leads and business

- Negotiate and close deals

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies

- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and opportunities

- Collaborate with the business development team to drive growth

- Fluent in Spanish is a plus for engaging with a diverse customer base

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the equipment industry

- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales deals effectively

- Knowledge of heavy equipment and what machine might be right for a certain job

- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
