Ensures equipment and processes maintain throughput, yield, safety, and reliability objectives. Additionally, Equipment Engineer maintains an up-to-date knowledge of equipment vendors' changes, upgrades, and innovations. Prepares preventive maintenance plans and procedures for all equipment and provides technical support during maintenance or turnaround processes. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. This position is one of the Company’s primary resources to provide technical expertise in the design of HF/VHF RF circuits and systems.
Our HF/VHF Design Engineer will be responsible for the development, and qualification of IF/RF products to specification.
This position supports the design, manufacture and test of existing products, analyzes designs to characterize performance and provide data, revises designs to achieve product performance and product goals, evaluates and chooses new devices to be used in existing products. It is also responsible for evaluating test equipment and processing equipment used in production, diagnosing problems, directing repairs, tuning/testing products, and documenting design and test procedures.
