The Marketing Director is responsible for developing, executing, and managing all Fraza marketing strategies. This position will lead the marketing team with driving lead generation, cultivating relationships with OEMs, creating ROI-focused marketing campaigns, and building and maintaining budgets. Responsible for collaborating with sales, service, and other key stakeholders to measure performance and provide insights and recommendations.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Manage all lead generation channels including email marketing, SEO, SEM, website, and more.
• Develop campaign strategies based on marketing objectives and sales targets; create reports to demonstrate results.
• Build a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations, market trends, and competition; and be able to present this information to others within the organization
• Acquire and/or conduct the market research (short range and long range) required to properly evaluate and execute marketing forecasting; provide the information and data needed to identify marketing opportunities.
• Develop an annual forecasted operating budget for marketing functions based on the approved annual sales forecast
• Plan, coordinate, and manage various internal and customer events; manage the budget and timeline, and oversee a variety of vendors and venue partners

Skills And Qualifications

• 5 years of B2B marketing experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of consistency of brand, brand voice, and brand messaging
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Salesforce experience preferred
• WordPress experience preferred
