Position Summary: The Director of Engineering inspires a group of (20 ) managers, project managers, engineers, & technicians who develop products for the biopharmaceutical & fluid transfer industries.
Responsible for talent development, development and implementation of strategies, performing new opportunity assessments for strategic fit, translating market needs to new product designs, filling pipeline through product and application design & development, collaborating on corporate project prioritization efforts, protecting ideas with intellectual property, sustaining commercial products, execution of projects through design & project stage gates, and managing budgets across (4) Engineering groups: Applications Engineering, Project Management, Design Engineering, & Product Development Engineering.
