    Our Product Manager will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of a product, from ideation to managing the product through product planning, delivery, and marketing. This position improves and increases the profitability of existing products and develops new ideas and products based on industry experience.

    This candidate must have brand/category product management experience within the manufacturing industry.

    Responsibilities:

    • Gathers and prioritizes customer and product requirements.
    • Develops a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal associate teams, supply chain, customers, and market research.
    • Identifies positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
    • Performs customer interviews and market assessments.
    • Recognizes the customers’ needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill.
    • Develops marketing strategies.
    • Determines specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans.
    • Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure all team members are working cohesively.
    • Analyzes potential partner relationships for the product.
    • Adapts existing product designs to meet new specifications and applications.
    • Assists to manage/coordinate prototypes, product life cycle and implementation.
    • Tests prototypes to verify product reliability; adjusts as required.
    • Assists the engineering team in resolving product issues or production difficulties.

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent drafting skills, including proficiency with manual and digital drawing, sketching, and design.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selections, and product testing.
    • Proficient with computer-aided design (CAD) software, and/or similar illustration and design software.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Can include travel up to 50% of the time.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or engineering preferred.
    • Three plus years of marketing/product management experience.
    • Knowledgeable in technology.
    • Foodservice & Restaurant Chains, Supermarket, Supply Chain, and e-Commerce equipment experience.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Required to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
    • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
