The Equipment Engineering Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities will include overseeing the Equipment Engineering team, Automation team, Facility Engineers and equipment maintenance team. Developing innovative solutions to drive overall operational efficiencies and implementing maintenance procedures while coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless production processes. This role demands a strong technical background, leadership skills, and a commitment to ensuring equipment reliability to meet production targets.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
· 10 years experience in equipment management, in a manufacturing environment, preferably a high automated equipment setting. 5 years in plant level leadership experience.
· Strong knowledge of solar module manufacturing equipment and processes.
· Experience in introducing new products, equipment and processes into a fast paced, highly automated environment.
· Detailed orientated, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, flexibility to meet tight deadlines with a quality and safety mindset.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Experience in managing and mentoring in a TPM and LEAN environment
· Proficiency in maintenance management software
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
