Equipment Manager manages daily operations for the equipment procurement, inventory management and maintenance function. Tracks the records, licenses, inspections, warrantees, and service agreements for the organization's equipment and tools.     Responsibilities of the Parts Counter Associate:

    • Assist customers – in person and by phone.
    • Use active listening and equipment knowledge to troubleshoot with customers to identify the parts that they need for their specific equipment.
    • Look up parts for skidders, loaders, and grapples in parts books.
    • Unpack, log, and prioritize shipping and receiving of parts.
    • Order products to replenish stock.
    • Clean storefront as needed.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

    Requirements of the Parts Counter Associate:

    • Knowledge of hydraulic engines and industrial equipment (municipal, contractor, heavy machinery, and/or farming) is very important to this position.
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
    • Ability to lift 60 lbs. and stand/walk during entire work shift.
    • Ability to commute to Farmington location for scheduled shifts: Monday through Friday 7am-5pm and rotating Saturdays.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
    • Critical thinking, problem solving, and customer service skills.
