Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at our automotive dealership in . As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service department and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise a team of technicians, and support staff

- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention

- Monitor service department performance metrics and take necessary actions to meet or exceed targets

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain accurate records of service transactions, inventory, and customer information

- Collaborate with the sales team to promote additional services and upsell opportunities

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in service management

Requirements:

- Previous experience in service management or related field is required

- Strong mechanical knowledge of various vehicle systems and repairs

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient computer skills for managing service records and generating reports

Skills:

- Experience in Agriculture repair is preferred

- Knowledge of Agrictulture processes is a plus

- Familiarity with dealership operations is beneficial

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
