JOB TITLE: Regional Operations Manager

LOCATION: South Florida Territory - Ft Myers, Pompano Beach, Miami, FL.

STATUS: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible

REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for overseeing delegated regional branch locations. Manage staffing levels based on company forecasting. Oversee day to day operations and analyze reporting for each branch in the designated region.

• Professionalism- we value teamwork,creating a cohesive work environment, and pride ourselves on the service we provide to customers.
• Recruiting of Operations Managers,parts personnel, and technicians for your region
• Oversee and assist in managing each branches PACE( Profit after controllable expenses)
• Addressing escalation issues to make sure customers and personnel issues are resolved in a timely fashion
• Work with corresponding RSM’s (Regional Sales Managers) to coordinate customer visits and promote Parts and Service sales.
• Liason for sales and product support between Operations managers and Director of Part and Service
• Fill in at the Branch level when required
• Oversee Training of personnel in designated region
• Create a positive competition between regions
• Other duties as assigned by management

REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIREMENTS (Skills, Technology, and Physical Requirements)

• Valid driver’s license and must meet General Liability driving requirements in order to operate a company vehicle when necessary.
• Be self-motivated and able to multitask
• Basic computer skills and the ability to evaluate a P&L income statement
• Ability to travel when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
