Asset Recovery Associate Position
Overview:
North Mill Equipment Finance is seeking to hire an Asset Recovery Associate. Ideal candidate will be responsible for high level investigative work, must be detail oriented and able to multitask. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, product, industry, service, or area of Asset Recovery specialization.
Duties/Responsibilities
Review delinquent accounts to determine recovery and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve problems and concerns.
Ability to negotiate with shops and 3rd parties that are holding company’s assets.
Manage and follow up on impound and lien notices.
Assist agents with skip tracing delinquent accounts.
Establish and maintain relationship with agents and vendors.
Required Skills/Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree in business or equivalent, a plus but not required
Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
1 - 2 years of office or corporate experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Attention to detail and problem solver.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Good attitude and ability to collaborate with teammates.
