Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing Manager to join our team. As a Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process, including sourcing, contract negotiation, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize cost efficiency and product quality
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to receipt of goods or services
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant regulations
- Oversee logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, logistics, and procurement management
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and contract management
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
