Applied Control Equipment, an Emerson Impact Partner and leading automation and controls provider, is seeking an experienced Control Systems Engineering Manager to lead a team of skilled control systems engineers in their Bothell, WA facility.

• Develop people through regular cadence process and development plans
• Assess staffing level requirements, support recruiting and interview process, and coordinate training plans
• Review service schedule to maximize utilization of personnel
• Maintain accurate training records for all personnel
• Responsible for delivering reports to support the business and meet Emerson requirements
• Responsible for estimating service costs and writing proposals
• Ensures consistent adherence to MSAs, risk mitigation, and project deliverable standards
• Oversees and assists in developing a resource plan and schedule to execute projects
• Tracks profitability of the group on both a periodic and project basis
• Contributes to relationship management with customers, key suppliers, and Emerson
• Develop/hire the correct skillset(s) required to achieve trusted advisor status with our customers
