We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of supply chain management.
Duties:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Perform tasks related to receiving, storing, and shipping products while meeting productivity, quality, safety, behavioral, and attendance expectations.
- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and manage orders
- Respond to emails and answer phone calls during work hours
- Perform necessary housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems
- Forklift experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Self-starter with excellent time management skills
