Escrow Officers are responsible for maintaining client relationships by demonstrating professional service and communication. As a member of our escrow team, you would prepare statements for purchase and refinance transactions, coordinate title clearance for closings, obtain tax information from taxing authorities, order payoffs from lien holders, order subordination's, and schedule closings. It is crucial to communicate accurately and effectively. Escrow Officers are in in contact with brokers, real estate agents, builders, attorneys, lenders and other clients to obtain information to complete transactions.
