We’re looking for an Escrow Specialist, with experience in residential mortgage servicing, for our Cincinnati corporate office. In this role, you will be part of our escrow team, collecting escrow payments, taxes, insurance, and PMI from borrowers and remitting those funds to the appropriate parties. You would also be responsible for obtaining and paying insurance and property tax bills, the timely review and resolution of insurance cancellations on non-escrowed loans, answering phone calls, explaining escrow analyses and other escrow duties involving real estate taxes and insurance as needed. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS 

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• 1 to 2 years of related experience in mortgage loan servicing with direct experience in escrow servicing, preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills, required
• Strong organizational skills that include the ability manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines, required
• Experience working in a fast paced, team environment, required
• Experience working both independently and as a team player, required
• Knowledge of PC’s and intermediate / advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, office programs
