Responsibilities:
- Assist the Escrow Officer in preparing the closing escrow documents
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Conduct research and gather information necessary for escrow transactions
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the progress of their transactions
- Initiate the front end of the escrow process
- Open title orders and sending title commitments
- Assist clients with cleaning title issues prior to closing
- Maintain accurate records and files related to each escrow transaction
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of banking and financial services industry
- Experience with escrow processes and procedures is preferred
- Familiarity with loan origination software is a plus
