Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Escrow Assistant. The Escrow Assistant will provide support to the Escrow Officer in facilitating real estate transactions and ensuring a smooth closing process. This is a vital role in our company, as the Escrow Assistant plays a key role in coordinating all aspects of the escrow process.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Escrow Officer in preparing the closing escrow documents
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Conduct research and gather information necessary for escrow transactions
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the progress of their transactions

- Initiate the front end of the escrow process
- Open title orders and sending title commitments

- Assist clients with cleaning title issues prior to closing
- Maintain accurate records and files related to each escrow transaction
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of banking and financial services industry
- Experience with escrow processes and procedures is preferred
- Familiarity with loan origination software is a plus

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
