Escrow Officer is responsible for providing escrow information to clients and loan officers. Supervises the preparation and delivery of all necessary escrow documents. Being an Escrow Officer provides mortgage holders with required tax documentation for filing tax returns. Ensures the process and documents are in compliance with all applicable regulations and laws. Additionally, Escrow Officer may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Position Summary
Provides assistance and protection to persons and property at Hunterdon Healthcare. Ensures Medical Center regulations and procedures are followed and takes appropriate action to ensure the safety of all.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1.
Patrol - Conduct security and safety patrols of the hospital, both internal and external, to enforce all hospital-wide and department-specific security and safety policies.
2.
Respond to Emergencies – Respond to all security and emergency situations as dispatched or assigned and initiate appropriate actions during; fire alarm activations, workplace violence situations, medical emergencies, and all other emergency situations.
3.
Documentation - Complete and submit all required security reports and daily activity reports.
4.
Customer Service - Greets and assists all persons interacting in the hospital in a courteous and helpful manner.
5.
Controls patient, visitor, staff, and vendor entry to the facility utilizing the appropriate visitor and vendor software.

Within 60 Days of Employment all officers must complete the IAHSS Basic Officer Certification Program.
